Two hand-dyed skeins of Yarn Carnival Yak Attack in London, 1665 and Waterhouse for Kirsten Kapur's 2017 TTL MKAL. Each fingering-weight skein is 437 yds/100g and is composed of 70/20/10% Superwash Merino/Yak/Nylon. Yak-based yarns are lightly heathered and the natural gray/taupe of the yak deepens and lends tinting to any color it is dyed for a dimensional visual feast.
London, 1665 is a violet-tinged black blue tonal semi-solid. Waterhouse is a tonal translucent lavender with a sheer navy glaze.
